My husband and I both bought the behold 2. Contact and $500 Christmas bonus cash down the drain. If Samsung doesn't change their mind and get away with not giving us the update they mention in the promo video. Moving to Verizon and getting a droid is definitely looking like its on top of the the todo list. Seriously is a monkey that pisses in its mouth running Samsung? And shame on Tmobile for not backing up their behold 2 buyers. WTF is wrong with them?

Hello Behold II Owners

I am the editor at Androidheadlines.com,i just wanted to stop by and show my support for you all.I understand your situation and have lived it as well. Just because Samsung says 1.6 and that's it, you do need to keep applying pressure. You are their customers and the threat of unhappy customers is not something t-mobile wants and with enough pressure they will have to right this wrong.

My own personal experience came from almost the exactly same situation.I owned a Rogers HTC dream that was and still stuck at 1.5 OS.Customers became unhappy and applied pressure to Rogers and HTC.They said they would not update it and we continued with the pressure till finally Rogers understood how many unhappy customers it had and offered a limited time upgrade to the HTC Magic.Story does not end their, the HTC magic had only 1.5 as well and we kept the fight up and finally got Rogers and HTC to agree to upgrade the Magic to 2.1 OS.We have not received that 2.1 update as of yet but we plan to keep them to their word.

In my mind this is more about principal then the update. If companies think they can get away with this behavior now then this will become the norm.

I am willing to stand behind the owners of the Samsung Behold II and give them our sites full resources to keep applying pressure to Samsung and T-Mobile till a satisfactory resolution for Behold II owners is made.I wish you all the best of luck and to keep up the fight, you will win in the end!!
