No Froyo for Xperia X10 Ever!

So, bad, bad news for all you who chose to pick up the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10, no Froyo for you guys. Sony found out that the current Xperia line, and its Timescape UI, was proving to be extremely difficult to uncouple from Éclair (2.1). Therefore, they will concentrate on getting out their new Xperia phones.

Unfortunately, this is the type of thing that occurs when manufacturers deeply integrate their interfaces on Android phones.
