Virgin Mobile Readies Launch for LG Optimus V
From what I hear rumors say, Virgin Mobile is getting ready to launch their rendition of the LG Optimus line near February 1st. Again that timeline is hearsay. What we do know about the LG Optimus V is that the price tag on this entry to mid-range device should be set for $149.99 with no contract. Yep, no contract. Also this is another solid device by LG. It comes with Android Froyo 2.2.1 right out of the box. I don’t even have to tell you how many other phones do not come with a price or an OS of that nature.
Other specs would include a 3.2-inch touchscreen (320 x 480) resolution, a 600 MHz Qualcomm processor with 512 MB of RAM, 512 MB of ROM, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.1, and a 3.1 megapixel camera.
