Real Or Fake? Motorola X2 Pictured, Possible 4G In Tow

| March 23, 2011 | Comments (4)

Looks like the guys over at Phandroid were given a lovely picture today from a tipster. What at first it looks like just your average Motorola Droid X on closer inspection looks like it could indeed be the Droid X2.

The biggest reveal is the fact it has Verizons 4G LTE logo on the back . As Phandroid points out the 4G sign in the picture uses a different font to the previously leaked Motorola Targa raising some flags (although I doubt they are to concerned about a unified look when it comes to test models).

Another difference is the circle next to the ‘with Google’ logo. It almost looks like an oddly placed camera (which makes no sense), or it could be something else entirely (speaker grill possibly?).

What do you think? Real or a simple fake? Hit the comments below to tell us.

hard to tell. But if indeed it is real, then that circle is definitely an axillary speaker.

It is hard to tell,i really wish they would have made some bold external redesign. I love my DX but it's a little plain.
