I’ve been informed that they are quite a few Android users located outside of the USA, so with all of you good folks in mind we have the new Music app that was released today. Compliments of the tireless efforts of the XDA folks, this app should run on Froyo and above.

The really big feature of this new app is the Music Beta by Google service, which I covered in detail here. If you don’t have a beta invite, or aren’t located in the USA you won’t be seeing that particular feature for a while At least you’ll have the new app when Music Beat hits your corner of the world.

The layout is a bit different, but it still has that designed by a programmer look and feel. Download available at the link below.
