AT&T to Start Data Throttling on Those With Unlimited Data
When the new tiered data-usage model was first announced, there were many frustrated users. When the plan was put into place by Verizon and AT&T on their respective networks, this trend continued. Now that the fallout has settled from this business decision, AT&T is changing its data plans yet again, this time throttling data speeds for the top 5% of its heaviest users, at least the ones that have been grandfathered into unlimited plans.
