Telstra’s LTE Pilot Coming To Australia On August 29th
Telstra has joined the many that are backing LTE around the world. It’s business customers (only them sadly) will get to pilot test the LTE service starting August 29th. There will be 5km range around Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane for those that want to try out the speedy goodness. The Sierra Wireless device will support both LTE and HSPA in case you lose your connection or go out of range of the LTE. The device will also be in the 1800 Mhz spectrum.
