Arrows Z: Fujitsu-Toshiba Mobile Puts Out Waterproof Android Phone In Japan With Wimax, 13MP Camera

Ah yes, the U.S. is still usually the last to get their hands on hot new devices. Over in Japan, Fujitsu-Toshiba Mobile has cooked up the Arrows Z ISW11F. The waterproof Z will be available on Japan’s second biggest carrier KIDDI au in November. This device will be rocking a Android 2.3.5, a 4.3-inch LCD display with 1,280í­Â—720 resolution, and a 13MP CMOS camera on the back.
