Toshiba this morning has just taken the wraps off of its new ultra-thin Android Honeycomb slate, the AT200. We were lucky enough to get some hands-on time with the new slate here in Berlin, at IFA 2011. The tab was just made official this morning and you can read about that here.

Most likely this will be called the Toshiba Excite like we mentioned earlier this week. For now the video and awesome photos will have to do, showing just how thin and pretty this tablet really is.
