Virgin Mobile has officially announced earlier today the release of the HTC Wildfire S starting October 23 for 9.99. It is looking like it will come in two exclusive colors, silver for Best Buy and white for RadioShack. If you are wondering about the specs, here there are (as mentioned in the press release):
