Sprint will add LTE-Advanced in first half of 2013, 12 LTE devices to launch next year
We already know that Sprint will deploy LTE by mid 2012, but we also learned that they plan on launching LTE-Advanced on its 800 MHz spectrum in the first half of 2013. Iyad Tarazi, Sprint’s vice president of network development and engineering, confirmed this at the 4G World conference. He expects that LTE-Advanced to achieve 12-15 Mbps download speeds.
