With the Kindle Fireâ€™s release, developers at XDA are wasting no time in getting the device rooted. Given the ability to enable sideloading, rooting is inevitable. Over at XDA there is a quick walk-through in setting up ADB on the Fire. Of course this can only be done after one is done installing the Android SDK. Once ADB is set up root is obtainable through the SuperOneClick application.
