Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 once again available in Australia after Apple loses appeal
Just in time for the holiday season, Samsung can sell its Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablet again in Australia. The decision for the tablet to be allowed back on Australian store shelves comes one week after Apple’s appeal to the high courts was denied. Back in October, Apple won a temporary injunction blocking the sale of Samsung’s Galaxy Tab 10.1 in Australia. Late last month, an Australian federal court unanimously decided to lift the preliminary injunction which had been imposed by a lower court. Apple then appealed the decision, which was denied today.
