Here we go again: Apple brings design lawsuit against Ten Samsung smartphones
If you thought that Apple was going to slow down in their patent trolling saga, you were wrong! The Cuppertino-based company has just filed another lawsuit targeting not only one but ten of Samsung’s smartphones including the Galaxy S II and S Plus. It was filed at the Dusseldorf Regional Court claiming that these Samsung phones have violated Apple’s designs patents.
Let’s not forget that Apple has recently lost a patent case against Motorola in Germany. In addition, Samsung has already released a modified Galaxy Tab 10.1N which got them a way around getting having their sales…
