Apple Deprives Android of Chomp App

In an interesting move, the world’s most valuable company Apple has reportedly discontinued the Android version of app discovery service Chomp within months of acquiring it. The Chomp for Android app has seemingly become casualty of the acquisition that was claimed to have been done to simplify and better app discovery on Apple’s iTunes App Store.

According to GigaOm, the app no longer exists in the Play Store and its mentions have been deleted from the website.
